Rutgers or UNC?

Overall, the Rutgers season has not been its best, but they have defiantly improved over the months. Their season began with no wins, which was very unpleasing. I am a Rutgers fan with season tickets, so watching them loose game after game was disappointing to me. Their improvements and wins have been very uplifitng, and I believe that they are still the better team. Many of my friends are also rutgers fan, but the others are UNC. I believe that because of the effort that Rutgers puts towards every game, even if their record isn't as good. Who is the better all around team?
